Import/export Coordinator

Are you a talented Logistics Coordinator looking to make your next career move, we have a position available with our client within their international logistics team.

The main responsibility for this role is to methodically plan deliveries in a cost-effective and structured manner.

This role is commutable from Hull, Driffield, Bridlington and surrounding areas.

**The Role**
- Ensuring deliveries are made effectively across the business
- Allocating loads ready for shipping
- Ensuring deliveries have correct paperwork
- Communicating with production & sales to ensure products are delivered in cost-effective way
- Procedures on import and export of goods
- Meeting KPIs set by company and clients

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Experience within a Logistics/Transport role
- Understanding of customs legislations
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills

**Hours/Pay**
- Competitive salary to be discussed at interview
- Monday to Friday, No weekends.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
- Import/Export: 1 year (preferred)
