VOLVO CE are recruiting for time-served Platers and MIG welders to join the team in Newhouse, near Motherwell.
These are ongoing temporary positions, starting asap.

Initially the roles are day shift **Monday to Thursday**, paying £15.31ph.

After training, this will move to a shift rotation with a pay rate of £22.97ph for night shift.

Average £19.14ph over 36 hours, Monday to Thursday.
You will have a heavy engineering background, used to working with thick gauge plate. Fabrication experience would be an advantage. There will be a trades test carried out as part of the interview process.
- Reading & working from engineering drawings.
- Marking, cutting, burning, folding and forming heavy steel parts.
- Working within a target orientated lean manufacturing workshop environment.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety.
