**Job Title - Finance Analyst**

**Salary - £50,000 - £55,000**

**Location - Teddington, South West London (4 days per week)**

Edward Mann are recruiting for a Finance Analyst role for a leading Nationwide Private-Equity Backed Hospitality Group based in Teddington and this role will ideally be in the office 4 days per week.

Our client is on an ambitious growth drive, looking to add a further 20+ sites to their already established business. They are looking for ambitious and motivated professionals who want to grow and develop with the business as they double in size.

This role will work closely with all senior management across the organisation and will be an essential part of the future growth of the company, playing a key part in their strategic decision making processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regular analysis and reporting across various business units
- Present in weekly business performance meetings on KPI analysis
- Continue to understand the business and challenge operational teams on their processes to drive improvements
- Analyse the impact of pricing / costs on the business through the use of various models
- Work closely with commercial teams when negotiating with new suppliers
- Management of budget & forecasting process with the Head of FP&A
- Produce monthly board pack inc. detailed analysis
