**About The Role**:
**APPRENTICE SITE ADMINISTRATOR - Permanent Opportunity**

**DIVISION: Building**

**LOCATION: Belfast**

Due to a period of continued growth, we are looking to add an enthusiastic Trainee Site Administrator to our Building team in Belfast.

The apprenticeship is open to those aged 16 -24 years who have attained the minimum school leaving age in Northern Ireland.

Typical duties will include:

- Provide clerical support to the Construction team including typing, word processing, photocopying, data-entry, filing
- Management of hospitality for meetings as required.
- Maintain filing and administrative systems operating in the project
- Using in-house data management systems (Sharepoint) to file all site paperwork
- Photocopying & filing
- Typing as and when required
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from the Site Management Team
- Person Specification:

- **Essential**
- Willingness to learn - no experience necessary all training will be provided
- Good Communication Skills
- Possess good IT skills
- Be a good team player

**Qualifications**
