We are looking for a Sales Advisor who is willing to learn the values of our business to help customers choose the best fitness experience tailored to their needs.

The applicant needs to be a highly motivated and proactive individual who can generate new leads and reach above and beyond their sales targets.

**What we need in the job role**

You will have a proven track record of working within a high quality sales or service environment.
- A high-energy self-starter with a great personality.
- Naturally sales-focused and target driven with a desire to over achieve.
- Approachable and personable with a sense of fun
- Have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about helping others to ensure all members and prospects have a rewarding and enjoyable experience at the club.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have the ability to drive the superb culture within our clubs and exhibit it out in the local area to current and prospective members
- You will be organised, punctual and lead from the front
- You will enjoy working both within and outside the club environment, seeking opportunities to network, market and promote the club within the local community.

**Desired Attributes**
- **Outgoing and bubbly** - our sales consultants will be spending vast quantities of their time on outreach; they should revel in this and be very successful with it
- **Sales Capability** - It’s essential that our sales consultants can sell at a high level, they should be able to develop rapport with prospects, conduct a quality needs analysis and have the confidence to push for the sale
- **Competitive** - All our staff should be driven by outperforming their monthly KPI Targets
- **Hard Working** - all of our staff should have a strong work epic and be highly motivated toward achieving the club and company’s vision.
- **Professional** - we want all our staff to be very professional, well spoken - well-presented and able to communicate in a professional fashion.
- **Energetic and Optimistic** - We want someone who’s always on, with a never say die attitude

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool L18 5HU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
