- Stay informed about educational trends, best practices, and curriculum updates to continuously enhance instructional approaches
- Maintain open and transparent communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding progress, challenges, and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom instruction and support overall academic development.
- Encourage a positive attitude towards learning and help students build confidence in their academic abilities, whilst Instingl a passion for knowledge and curiosity, promoting a lifelong love of learning
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any additional support provided
- Generate reports and summaries to evaluate the impact of tutoring efforts on students' academic performance

Experience/Knowledge
- Proven experience in Tuition.
- Proven experience in teaching or training within the UK.
- Current Knowledge of the National Curriculum
