We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Public Relations Assistant. As a key player in our promotional efforts, you will contribute to the success of our products and services by engaging with potential customers, creating personalized experiences, and driving sales through effective communication and presentations.

**Public Relations Responsibilities**:

- **Product Ambassador**:_Become the face of our brand by embodying the unique features, benefits, and value propositions of our products. Engage potential customers through compelling presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the excellence of our offerings.
- **Customer Engagement**:_Craft immersive and personalized experiences for customers, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded. Actively listen, provide tailored recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-lasting relationships.
- **Market Insights**:_Gather valuable feedback and insights from customers, reporting on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.

**Public Relations Skills & Qualifications**:

- _Problem-Solving:_ Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- _**Communication**:_Excellent communication skills to engage with potential clients, customers, co-workers, and other stakeholders.

- _**Sales Experience**:_Preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to answer questions about our products and services, explain features, and address customer inquiries.

**Salary**: £21,516.00-£22,980.00 per year
