**Business Analyst - All Products.**
Reporting to the Product Director - Cooper Solutions, being the conduit between our customers, Product Heads and Development. The Business Analyst will help develop technical solutions to problems or help the business achieve its revenue targets by defining,documenting, and analysing requirements for a portfolio of products in the automotive sector. Improving development efficiencies, streamlining design and testing processes and communications between key stakeholders whilst helping ensure a ‘right first time’system release outcome.
This is an exciting time to be joining the team, with growing development resource and a product backlog that will generate incremental revenue and at the same time help our customers shape process, performance, and profitability through use of our solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes in relation to our solutions and identifying areas of improvement and best fit
- Researching and reviewing new IT advancements that could benefit the product portfolio
- Presenting ideas and findings in meetings
- Creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs
- Assisting Product Heads with Development of CAPex projects and monitoring project performance
- Collaborating with users and stakeholders
- Working closely with senior management, partners and clients
- Write user stories and requirement documents.
- Communicate the business requirement to the development team.
- Help Product Heads manage and groom the product backlog.
- Work closely with Account Management team to analyse customer requirements.

**Experience**:

- Knowledge and experience in drafting business requirements into requirement documents and user stories.
- Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM.
- Experience working with software development teams.
