About the Role:
As a Recruiter at Cohesion you will be involved in the following:

- Advertising and implementing attraction strategies on behalf of our clients.
- Coordinating and supporting all stages of the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and conducting competency interviews.
- Spending time meeting and getting to know clients
- Discussing recruitment strategies and developing recruitment processes
- Using and introducing new technologies to the recruitment process.
- Getting involved with any other Ad Hoc recruitment projects as and when required.
