**Medical Receptionist / Client Care Specialist / Practice Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Front-desk reception duties, greeting and enhancing client experiences.
- A key point of contact for handling client enquiries.
- Management of bookings and payments through our online diary system.
- Managing Pilates class bookings and enquiries.
- Building strong relationships with our client base and Therapists.
- Enhancing the client journey and troubleshooting/resolving problems.
- Timetable management and stock taking/management.
- Reporting client retention and KPIs.
- Understanding and documenting systems and processes.
- Database management in accordance with GDPR.
- Update health and safety policies and procedures.
- Managing financial records/bookkeeping.
- Issuing and managing invoices and receipts.
- Contribution to planning and creating newsletters and correspondence.
- Contribution to social media calendar planning.
- Management of Pilates correspondence groups.
- Planning, organising, and managing charity events and challenges.
