The Diocese of Carlisle is looking for a

**Growing Younger Minister**

To work within the Heart of Westmorland Mission Community, who will
- Play a key role in the spiritual development of young people in our schools, including leading regular acts of collective worship, offering clubs and other resources.
- Engage with young people outside of church or school contexts and develop a culture in which young people can explore Christianity.
- develop the skills, talents, and gifts of volunteers, and support them to grow their leadership and service among our young people.

This is a full-time position, 35 hours a week.

**Salary**: £29,826.00 FTE plus a 15% pension contribution.
