**Introduction to the role of the team**
You will be working as part of the Business Administration Team, supporting a team of Social Workers who work in the Adults and Health directorate. This team works closely in partnership with health colleagues to ensure that adults receive appropriate case.

**Your role**
You will provide general administration support to a team of social workers in the Adults and Health Directorate. This will include updating records, dealing with correspondence and inputting and maintaining financial information. You will prepare information to be presented at panel and to take accurate minutes of meetings. You will also liaise with both internal and external partners to ensure appropriate information is provided accurately and in a timely manner.

**Front line**
You will have excellent communication skills and be a team player. You will be motivated and a critical thinker with the ability to understand the needs of your customers.

**What you will bring to the role**
You will have excellent organisational and time keeping skills. You will be an experienced administrator who wants to take their personal development to the next level. You will have experience of using databases, and of calculating financial information. A working knowledge of Excel will be essential. Experience of minuting meetings would be desirable but a willingness to learn is vital as training will be given.
