**Job summary**:
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technical Information Centre (EODTIC) is a NATO organisation that sits within Bicester Garrison. It maintains a library of explosive ordnance publications and responds to roughly 170-250 requests for information per year from NATO nations. The library is kept up to date with information on current munition as well as historical items.

This post provides the opportunity to become the focal point for handling requests on explosive ordnance matters from NATO partner nations. Working as part of a small and highly efficient team you will be responsible for providing timely, relevant and comprehensive information and advice.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week

**Job description**:
You will have responsibility for the not only the management of the EODTIC library and databases but also ensuring that it is constantly updated as technology and munitions evolve making sure that key operational outputs are maintained

We are looking for a resilient, resourceful, and adaptable individual. Are you up for the challenge?

This role will require excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a wide experience in explosive ordnance matters, with a formal, recognised qualification (International Mine Action Standard level 3 minimum or equivalent) being desirable.

- Deputise when appropriate and supervise up to two clerical staff**.**:
