**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform geneal building duties onnsite
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools
- Assist with building, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and fabrication tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradesmen as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Basic knowledge of electrical work
- Experience in roofing, welding, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, and fabrication is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: £11.94-£12.38 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- General building: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
