Our client situated in the center of Richmond are looking for a Payment Coordinator to join their successful team. Our client who are a part of the international banking group, provide finance services to the full breadth of the business sector.

The key responsibility is to manage and process the flow of new business activations and payouts across all business channels in an efficient, accurate and timely manner so as to ensure introducer's and supplier’s expectations and requirements are met. Thejob holder will also be expected to take an active role in establishing "best practices" to ensure Customer satisfaction and submitting improvements to systems and processes to enhance the Customer’s experience. Daily responsibilities include:

- Checking of agreement information in ALFA prior to payout
- Activating new agreements in preparation for supplier invoice payment
- Checking and authorising supplier invoices for payout on ALFA system in line with agreed authorities
- Checking and authorising any payments due to Introducers, e.g. Commission, doc fee shares including reconciliation and payment of monthly doc fee shares for HiTech business
- Reconciliation of agreements to be paid out before passing to Finance to run payment extract.
- Sending documents and welcome letter to customers once deals activated and paid out
- Liaison with New Business Co-ordinators in respect of payouts
- Follow up on outstanding documents using ALFA workflow and Business Objects reports
- Scanning of agreement documents/packs and passing of originals to Business Administration team for external storage
- Communication to Finance in respect of any existing deals being terminated as part of the payout process and any amendments to live agreements.
- Management of deferred payouts
