HR Advisor

Reed HR are pleased to be working with a national manufacturing company to recruit an experienced HR Advisor

This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant team within a well established company
- Salary £30 to 35k
- 8.30am -5.00pm Monday - Thursday
- 8.30am - 3.15pm Friday
- Hybrid working - 3 days office based / 2 days home based

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for providing high quality, cost effective, operational HR service in the various HR functions, including recruitment, L&D, grievance and performance management and policy implementation

The main duties of this role are

Provide generalist HR advice to line managers
Employee relations support
Advise and support with case management, including grievance and disciplinary meetings and performance management
Review and develop HR policy & procedure
Support with recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Support with L&D, Co ordinate training etc
Absence management

Knowledge of employment law
CIPD qualified
Previous experience of working as a HR generalist
Experience of working within the manufacturing sector
