A unique opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join a medium sized firm in Buckinghamshire.
The role would suit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal/fee earner. You will be involved in assisting the Property team with:
- Title checking
- Preparation of contracts and supporting documents
- Checking official copy documents
- Admin support to fee earners
- Liaising with Clients and other 3rd parties as necessary
The firms clients include first time buyers to significant landowners. A wealth of the firms work comes from referral and recommendation.
Established for over 100 years this 5 Partner firm has 60 staff in total and a great reputation in the region.
You will be part of a supportive team, working alongside other conveyancers.
Salary £23,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience + package included Health Cover & Pension.
