1. Optimise front and middle office processes and deliver solutions that improve productivity increasing the capacity of investment managers and financial planners and allowing them to manage larger, more lucrative client accounts.
2. Re-engineer advice and investment management processes to become a more integrated business (including introduction of suitability reliance), allowing greater focus on revenue generation.
3. Enhance the WM client and intermediary experience through digital capabilities.
The output will be a target end-state business architecture for an integrated, digitally enabled HNW business delivering a client-led growth outcome.

**About the Role** You will support change delivery through the creation of functional and non-functional solution artefacts. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and documenting requirements, specifications, and functionality, aligned to business strategy,business processes and technology architecture.

Identifying, captures and develop requirements (functional and non-functional) providing detailed documentation and business rules to support throughout the project life cycle, change control and prioritising, based on high-value achievable requirements.

Drives continuous improvement of business products and services by translating into improved design and service provisioning.

You will lead workshops with IT and 3rd party suppliers to evaluate and translate end-user needs into practical and pragmatic solutions.

Operating as a link between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department to understand the business implications of the technical solutions on the current and future business environment. You will also manage system incidents working withthe project team to ensure resolution.

Working with the end-user to select or define appropriate scenarios to test and determine whether system changes meet project specifications, and you will coordinate with users to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

You will create, review, and deliver end-user documentation and prepares communication material on system enhancements. You will monitor production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users.

You will have the ability to design and document business processes and be expected to configure system settings, new releases and test the functionality.

You will have excellent stakeholder engagement capability with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail. Having the skills to work with 'virtual’ teams, cross function, cross business, and geographies.

We are looking for someone who has technical knowledge and experience of at least one for the following:

- Application and Data Integration Platforms
- Web Content Management; e
- CRM platforms e.g. Salesforce
- ERP solutions e.g. Oracle Financials, Workday
- SQL Server Databases
- Microsoft technologies

Ideally, you will be a qualified Agile Practitioner and/or ITIL Practitioner. Any external accreditation in Business Analysis/Systems Analysis is desirable but not essential.
