**WRc, **part of the** RSK Group Ltd, **is seeking a **Project Coordinator** on a** full-time permanent **basis. This is a** remote role **with 1-2 days per month required at our office in Swindon.

You will join our WRc Approved team as a Project Coordinator responsible for driving approvals for the scheme. You will act as the Project Coordinator to drive approvals through our internal process including obtaining information, keeping internal and external stakeholders updated and updating documentation.

WRc Approved is an international “fit for purpose” certification scheme that helps suppliers demonstrate the performance of their products and services. Any product or service can be approved, even where “novel” products and services do not align with existing standards or accreditations.

This is an exciting opportunity that will provide wider involvement in supporting the sales, delivery and growth of wider water infrastructure projects and requires flexibility in this leading role to help develop longer-term strategy for business growth, win and deliver work and provide technical leadership to others.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive approvals through the internal processes, obtaining all relevant data from the suppliers to reduce the approval process time for the client
- Act as a generalist to help support the technical specialised in creating proposals for clients and ultimately an approval
- Speak with Water Companies and product suppliers to widen the knowledge and awareness of WRc Approved and the benefits this brings
- Maintain a user focus to design solutions that meet user needs and take into account agreed standards

**Person Specification**
- Motivated to be proactive and drive approvals forward
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Background in mechanical engineering, civil engineering or design engineering is preferable
- Educated to degree level in a science or engineering role is preferable
- Experience in manufacturing, materials, or design engineering
- CAD and other software packages use is highly desirable
- Ability to identify business opportunities and build a coalition of stakeholder to develop compelling value propositions
- Full UK manual driving license

**Salary and Benefits**
- £25,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
