**Field Operations Manager | Office based in Lincoln or out on site with customers | £40,000-£44,000 based on experience**

**What will your role as a Field Operations Manager look like?**
- Develop and implement strategies to promote employee welfare and company growth
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff (first time fix, material spend, productivity, safety and efficiency advice and recall rate)
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Manage budgets and resources (labour/skills)
- Monitor and report on progress
- Provide guidance and support to staff
- Manage customer relations and complaints effectively promoting good commercial outcomes
