**Job Description**:
Our Commercial Department is the heartbeat of our business, and we are currently recruiting for a brand new role to support the growth of the Department. As a Sourcing Administrator at Frasers Group you will be supporting the sourcing process of Group-Branded clothing and accessories to ensure the team delivers accurate and live information, helping processes run smooth and on time.

Expect to be:

- Updating product information on internal systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Creating pick requests for product reviews and sending out picked product to relevant offices
- Updating of the Critical Path and running weekly reports
- Maintaining the product review calendar ensuring critical dates are met
- Assisting the sourcing team with general administrative duties

This role is based at our Shirebrook HQ with 5 days per week on site.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in an Administrative role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Competent with the MS Suite to include Word and Excel
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadline dates
- Strong team-player and able to work independently
- Passion for developing a long term career with a global business
