As an IFA Administrator, you will receive £22,000 - £30,000 basic, dependent on experience, 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and fantastic opportunities as they continue to expand, e.g. progression into a Paraplanning role.

Spending the last 15 years providing expertise at every level of financial planning including pensions, investments, protection, general insurance, and inheritance tax planning, there is now a requirement for additional support, in the form of office administration, covering a range of responsibilities.

As an IFA Administrator you will:

- Create and maintain client files.
- Supporting paraplanner
- Checking completeness of documents received and issuing documentation to clients
- Retrieving information from providers via phone, letters, or websites.
- Process new business
- Chasing business completion
- Work with Intelligent office or other back office systems

This is a fantastic role for those wishing to continuously expand their financial services knowledge as part of a rapidly expanding business. You will achieve the required levels of training and compliance as per the company’s training and competence scheme.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
