Flooring Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for individuals who have previous experience in either cabinetry, French polishing, or finishing to assist with the design and manufacture of some of the finest floors for private residences, as well as carrying out the restoration of historic floors. The individual needs to have an eye for detail and experience of working to the highest standards.

**Duties**:

- Install and repair various types of flooring
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old flooring, leveling subfloors, and ensuring proper moisture barriers
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete installation and repair tasks
- Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Flooring Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to rad drawings
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: £30,000.00-£47,141.81 per year
