- **Wellbeing Coordinator **at our very friendly and welcoming residential unit, is personally and professionally rewarding.- The role's purpose is to lead staff teams and engage with the community to deliver and promote the provision of high-quality well-being opportunities for individuals in receipt of services, in accordance with departmental policies and standards.- With the passion to enrich the lives of elderly people, you will be resourceful and creative, organising and delivering activities and social events for elderly people who are frail or who have dementia. You will support our volunteers and engage with local community groups in making our home a part of that community.- You will have an empathy with the needs of older people and understand the importance of treating our residents with dignity and respect. Your sense of fun and natural ability will help our residents make the most out of everyday life, in both a group setting and on a one-to-one basis. Yes, the work can be challenging, but the rewards are beyond measure.- If you feel you can help to make our residential unit a place that our residents can really call home, we would love to hear from you.- You will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
