Waiter/waitress

Hispi are looking for a new waiter to join the team. Hispi is an award winning modern local bistro that forms part of the Elite Bistro Group. Our menus change seasonally with daily specials and a small but perfectly formed wine list. Our new waiter will need to display enthusiasm for food and wine pairings and a strong desire to deliver the best guest experience.

The role is part time with hours across afternoons and evenings 7 days a week, evening and weekend availability is a must.

Elite Bistros offers national minimum wage + TRONC (for those working circa 20 hours a week TRONC would average around £350 / month), free food whilst on shift and 50% off food and drink across all Elite Bistro venues.

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
