Job Description:
Job Overview:
Reporting to Stores Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory at Terex Coalville & 3rd party sites, trouble shooting, problem solving & dealing with supplier/customer & in-house queries.

Main Duties & Responsibilities- Responsible for the accurate input of all order lines received onto the system in a timely manner.- Ensure that all Reject Notes are actioned.- Ensure that pick transactions for manufacturing orders & sales orders are actioned on the system.- Ensure that all sales order ship transactions are actioned on the system & documentation is forwarded to Coalville’s finance team for invoicing.- Act as point of contact for supplier related queries.- Provide relevant & accurate data on inventory levels ,i.e. cycle count ,stock data.- Maintain records of goods received, goods dispatched, cycle count & inva transactions.- Liaise with Material Planners/Buyers for delivery of parts to all 3rd parties including off site storage locations.- Manage supplier line side deliveries from VMI vendors.- Support & attend morning production meeting.- Compile pick shortage data against manufacturing / sales orders & maintain records to ensure reliable information is available.- At each month end obtain from offsite storage locations declarations of inventory held & carry out check to ensure compliance.- Introduce Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement culture.- Any administration duties to support the role.- Provide accurate & timely monthly reports.- Liaise with Material Planners/Buyers for deliveries by our ‘freight forwarders’.- Help develop processes to support role.- Perform additional duties at the request of the Materials or Stores Manager.- Minimum 12 months experience in similar role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Computer literate.- Have knowledge of MRP systems.- Be of highest level of integrity, respect, honesty & trust.- Have excellent communication & organisational skills.- Ability to prioritise workload.- Customer focused.- Dependable & committed.
