Finishing Foreman

**Position: Finishing Foreman (Temporary)**

**Location: Wigan**

**Start Date: Immediate (Ongoing)**

**_Client Background:_**

Our client is a reputable and highly respected specialising in large scale new build housing projects across the north west. Due to an increase in site teams, Fawkes & Reece are looking for a Housebuilding Finishing Foreman to assist with the site to pushit towards completion. This also comes with the opportunity for future work as they have numerous sites taking off in 2023.

**_Finishing Foreman Responsibilities:_**
- Carrying out the schedule of works in line with budgetary and time constraints.
- Assist the Site Manager with overseeing internal and external elements of each stage of the project.
- Efficiently carry out work to NHBC quality standards throughout the project.
- Effective communication between management and the site team.
- Assist with any concerns raised on site ensuring they are dealt with.
- Reporting directly to the Site Manager regarding site progression and changes to the schedule of works
- Ensure all Health and Safety rules and regulations are always adhered to.

**_Skills and Experience_ _:_**
- Record of successful completions for main contractors in the House Building sector.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, a good practical awareness for all trades' duties.
- Minimum of three years experience and a good track record of Finishing Foreman work on large scale projects.
- Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
