Interim Rent

Robertson Bell is working with a social housing organisation to recruit an Interim Service Charge and Rent Accountant on an initial three-month contract. The main responsibilities of the role include:

- Leading on the service charge budgets for the next financial year and review the current budgets.
- Handlng service charge queries in a timely manner.
- Process improvements across the service charge function.

Flexible working is offer with the ocaasional dayto be spent in the Essex based office. The right person for this role:

- Has a wealth of service charge accounting experience.
- Ideally comes from a social housing background.
- Has previously set service charges.
