The key responsibilities of a Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:

- Efficiently process purchase invoices and credit notes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase ledgers
- Handle supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist in preparing monthly payment runs
- Facilitate month-end close procedures
- Support other team members as necessary
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

- Previous experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk
- A proven track record in accounting or finance
- Excellent numeracy skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
