**Job Specification**:
ESC SCHOOLS LTD are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our coaching team and to deliver outstanding school sports provision to our partner schools.
You will be required to be at the same school throughout the week and become a valuable part of the sports coaching team at the school. Individuals must be passionate about working with children and young people as well as having a high interest in sports & physical activity.

**Your role will include**:

- To prepare, deliver, evaluate PE & physical activities throughout the school day and during extra-curricular time.
- Deliver enjoyable, high quality & detailed physical activity sessions that focus around the needs of the children.
- Mentoring and upskilling teaching staff in the delivery of physical education.
- Delivering high quality sports provision on our active camps during the school holidays.
- Communicating effectively with customers to identify and exceed their expectations and requirements. Attending meetings, workshops and training sessions.
- Completing administrative tasks.

To be considered for the role you will need to have the following:
**Personal Attributes**:

- Experience of working in a primary school setting.
- Passionate to deliver high levels of performance and improve levels of physical activity
- Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Able to plan, organise and facilitate high quality PE and sports lessons.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate and inspire children of all abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and develop relationships with schools.
- Able to use their own initiative and work under pressure.
- Solve problems effectively and efficiently

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Good knowledge of the PE National Curriculum.
- Minimum of 2 years experience delivering PE in a primary school.
- Experience of delivering in a classroom environment.
- Competent using IT software.

**Qualifications**:

- NGB Level 2 Qualification
- First Aid Certificate
- Safeguarding Qualification
- Driving licence and transport.

**Working For ESC Schools**:

- Contract of 15-24 hours per week (opportunity to increase hours).
- Hourly rate from £12.50 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
