YOUR ROLE

We are looking to recruit a highly organized, accurate and detail focused Inventory Administrator to join our fast-paced ecommerce operation based at East Midlands Gateway that will support a brand-new transformational customer fulfillment operation.

Working on behalf of a well-known ecommerce brand, you will ensure the smooth and efficient entry of all stock and location data by preparing and checking all stock reports and maintaining the integrity of the stock systems.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Inventory Controller, you will undertake the recording and distribution of data and information through manual and systemized processes whilst ensuring high standards are met. You will work closely with operational management teams to ensure stock issues logged and resolved efficiently, whilst providing a positive attitude to problem solving and KPI achievement.

You will handle incoming and outgoing calls in relation to stock whilst maintaining office control and filling systems that relate to admin inventory support.

In addition to the above you will also form an excellent working relationship with the senior team and client providing clear insights and reports into stock integrity.

For this role you will need to be able to commit to Monday to Friday
- 13:45 to 22:15.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with exceptional numeracy and data accuracy skills. It goes without saying that you will be IT Literate with the ability to use WMS systems with a high attention to detail. A strong customer focus, commercial awareness, and the ability to be an excellent team player are also key requirements of this role.
