We’re a dark kitchen located close to the AO Arena and we’ll focus on delivery and collection of high quality, burgers, sides, fries and shakes. We have a straight-forward menu but we strive for perfection every time

We’re brand new to Manchester’s thriving, fast and street food scene. We’ve got big plans and we’re on the lookout for the right people to join us on this exciting ride

We’re offering primarily straight single shifts of 8-10 hours. Our hours of business are primarily from 4pm with some room for part time chefs to do daytime prep shifts, so you night owls don’t have to worry about early mornings

This is a new business and we’ve got a great, roomy kitchen with a proper break area, outdoor area for sunny cig breaks and a well kitted out kitchen. **We’re looking for all team members from a head chef to kp’s. **We have hours to suit days or night only/ prep and service, full and part time. We’re only recruiting for a small team, but we’re looking for passionate, pleasant people who are looking to make their mark and do something cool.

**Here is what you’ll do**:
Prepare and cook a range of gourmet/ smash burgers, sauces and sides from scratch

Clean food preparation areas and equipment.

Learn how to use an Electric Griddle, Deep Fat Fryer.

Learning how to present and package food for delivery.

Ensure a 5 star Food Hygiene rating.

Keep the kitchen organised and clean.

Support the line as necessary during service.

Ensure waste and recycling is handled correctly

Help with menu development and ideas for specials and promotions
