We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Assistant to join our growing Private Client department on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful Legal Assistant will be supporting the busy Private Client team with administrative tasks relating to Wills, Probate, Lasting Power of Attorney and Estate Administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inputting accurate data into a case management system, being proactive in updating responses.
- Dealing with clients and taking accurate messages to pass to others in the team.
- Accurate drafting of documents in accordance with instructions.
- Organisation of tasks to ensure efficiency and proactive follow up with others to ensure that matters are progressed.

**Person specification**:

- A can do attitude;
- Accuracy in data input and typing;
- Able to work under pressure in a busy department;
- Communication and interpersonal skills with team and clients;
- Able to listen and act upon instructions;
- Excellent IT skills;
