Conveyancing Solicitor

We are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor in Scottish Borders.

**Client Details**

You will be working for a local law firm with over 150 years of experience in the field. Our client provides legal and property services to individuals and businesses in Scottish Borders.

**Description**

Main responsibilities include:

- Working with conveyancing team in all aspects of property work
- Residential/commercial conveyancing including farms
- Communicating with clients and taking their instructions
- Providing legal advice to clients
- Liaising with third parties such as other solicitors and banks
- Concluding missives for sale and purchase transactions
- Undertaking the conveyancing for sale and purchase transactions

**Profile**
- Minimum 3 years PQE in a conveyancing role
- Experience with commercial conveyancing transactions, and an interest in rural property and agricultural law
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Able to build professional relationships with clients and third parties
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
