**About You**

**The Role**

Typically, the role will involve managing your own workload under the supervision of the Group Head of Planning and Group Planning Manager and undertaking planning research and enquiries, monitoring, and reviewing development plans and preparing representations to address issues with practical implications.

Whilst the role will be based out of our Head Office in Bournemouth, we have adopted a hybrid way of working which typically requires 2 days a week in the office, with the remainder working from home or attending site meetings.

**Your Attributes**

**You will have**:

- Degree level qualification in Town Planning or another appropriate Build Environment qualification.

**You will bring**:

- Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and decision-making capability
- Gravitas and confidence
- Experience in dealing with local and statutory authorities
