This apprenticeship will equip you with the tools and experience to thrive in the industry.

If you can easily commute to Manchester city centre, have great communication skills and IT skills as well as an ability to work as a team and quickly build rapport with clients then this is the role for you.

Alongside your apprenticeship you will gain invaluable experience working as a hands on resourcer.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Make outbound sales phone calls
Maintain relationships with clients and customers
Coordinate interview schedules
Support administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

The training you will be getting

Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
Learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be a competent Resourcer within a Recruitment sector

**Qualifications**:
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4 / C or above) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4 / C or above) Essential

This is an apprenticeship position.

You will be paid the apprenticeship wage of £6.40/hour for the first 12 months of the apprenticeship. After this time your wage will increase to at least national minimum wage for your age.

Pay: £6.40 per hour
