Menzies Distribution are currently recruiting for a Billing Administrator to join our depot in Newbridge, Scotland. There is also the option to be able to work at home 2 days per week.

**Hours of work**:Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

**Rate of pay**:DOE

Billing Asssistant duties:

- To ensure all work is invoiced timely and accurately ensuring all processes and controls are followed.
- Accessing billing data from different Menzies systems, including BI and Clarity.
- To maintain an accurate record of invoices raised, supporting documentation, date sent to customer and method.
- Chase internally where regular invoices have not been raised which have been highlighted by the controls in place
- Liaise with internal contacts where there are any queries on invoices or pricing.
- Process and record credit notes
- Create and process purchase orders for rural and offshore distribution areas

**Requirements**:

- Be able to work tight to deadlines
- High level of accuracy in all tasks to be complete
