Driver/ Supervisor

**About this role**:

- 12-week temp to perm
- Shift rota in place: Sunday to Thursday
- Start time 8:30am
- 40 hour working week
- Conduct 1-1 meetings
- Produce staff rotas
- Recruit new members of staff
- Carry out interviews
- Cover any sickness
- Go out and complete deliveries when necessary
- Have meetings with staff.

**Requirements for this position**:

- Full UK driving licence
- Own transport to commute to and from work
- One year driving experience
- DBS check is preferred
- Previous experience in managerial role
- Ability to look after/ lead a team
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fantastic customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- A ‘can do’ attitude to help where necessary
- Must be happy to work one day of the weekend
