- In the Accounts Clerk job, you will be responsible for:
- Accounting duties including; bank reconciliation, invoicing, processing monthly payroll for employees, updating accounting software & Excel spreadsheets, producing figures and reports
- General administration duties; typing, inputting, handling confidential data and updating systems
- Answering the telephone and re-directing phone calls
- To be considered for the Accounts Clerk job, you will need:
- Previous accounts experience (preferably within a practice)
- Accounting qualifications
- Strong IT skills including Accounting software and Microsoft Office; particularly Excel
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills along with an exemplary attention to detail
- This is a full time, temporary vacancy working 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The role is based in Colwyn Bay and is on an hourly rate of pay starting from £11 per hour depending on skills and experience.- Supertemps Limited is acting on behalf of our client as an employment business.
