Operations Support Officer

Trade Team recruitment are currently looking for an operations support officer to start ASAP
**Duties**:
- Liaise closely with site teams and management, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders
- Producing project paperwork documentation
- Ensuring Service Management System is up to date
- Helping organize the engineering team, planning in work and ensuring materials are on-site at the required time.
- Producing reports for the management team
- Monitoring calls received from the customer through to call completion and updating records
- Allocation of internal engineers to callouts and maintenance visits, driving the engineering team to attend to all callouts within required SLAs.
- Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using company systems
- Manage the service management system as a key user, providing training where required to others.
**Requirements**:
- Experience within the industry would be great however not necessary
