Tweed Leisure Ltd is a small business in Coldstream, TD12 4LG. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Develop a new landmark Caravan Holiday Park in one Of Scotlands Most Famous Towns.

Exciting opportunity to work on an expanding Caravan Park development. Coldstream, Berwickshire, Scottish Borders. TD12 4LQ

Salary Commensurate with Experience, 40 hour week. involves weekend work.

For general Caravan Park operations.

To carry out Facilities and Customer Maintenance.

Hire Fleet inc twice daily hot tub checks.

Groundcare. To high standards: grass cutting, strimming, shrub maintenance, hard and soft landscaping consistently throughout the year. So as to ensure visitor satisfaction

To work in the team receiving deliveries and siting of static caravans.

We look for consistent performers with positive and willing attitudes and ideally a minimum of two years direct experience in a similar role.

Experienced in siting caravans.

Able to plan and coordinate activities, working under pressure

Able to demonstrate:

- A keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills. IT literate A confident and determined approach.

To be hands on, be trades / DIY competent

To be Resilient - with the ability to cope with rejection.

Self-motivated To be driven by the opportunity to meet many people in the process of gaining conversions Good communicator. Computer literate ,

A clean driving licence.

The Holiday entitlement is twenty eight days in a complete holiday year (January to December) Salary commensurate with experience.
