We are in search of a Receptionist who will be answerable to the Business Administrator, to support in maintaining a welcoming, professional, and warm environment at our care home. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, welcoming visitors, serving refreshments, handling phone calls in a prompt manner, and providing support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating a hospitable, approachable, and professional image of the care home by managing the reception area.
- Assisting the Business Administrator in administration tasks and providing assistance to the Customer Relationship Manager with sales enquiries and showing individuals around the home.
- Ensuring timely and proper handling of incoming and outgoing post.
- Coordinating all necessary training activities for the care home team.

- Prior experience working with a team and as a Receptionist is an added advantage.
