As a specialist healthcare agency with extensive industry experience, we look to build up a pool of reliable and enthusiastic **Support Workers** who can work alongside vulnerable groups of adults including the elderly or those with learning disabilities and / or any other mental health needs in varying residential health and social care environments.

As a **Support Worker**, you will assist with various duties and help them complete a variety of daily tasks and work to promote independence. Each resident’s needs will vary, and you will need to follow the individual health and social care plans in place but at times, you may be asked to assist in all aspects of personal care too including feeding, washing and toileting.
