Customer Service Agents required for temporary to permanent contracts - great hours and pay available.
Based in Castle Donington, bus routes and parking available - great friendly and clean facilities - training programme for 2 to 4 weeks - friendly and helpful team and management - pleasant intimate call centre environment - simple computer systems to managework.
Hours = 5 day working week, Tuesday to Friday 10:30 to 19:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 17:00 (37.5 hours). Sunday and Monday are none rota days and classed as double time overtime if worked, with high rate commission.
Paying £18000 basic and £21000 OTE / £9.23 per hour with occasional overtime and commissions available immediately. Commission is based on booking Surveys and improves with increased performance.
Checks for eligibility are required during training
Our Client, is dedicated in providing professional support to book Surveyors for Mortgage Lenders to ensure home valuations are made and homes are sold.
As a Customer Service Consultant you will be required to call and arrange bookings with home owners to assist them in selling their homes in a timely manner. As well as liaise with bookings teams for Surveyor availability.

- Working with Diary Management Teams to ensure the quality and controls of the department are maintained at all times and that all internal procedures are fully operational, paying particular attention to information security.
- Communicating and providing information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
- Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
- Customer Service proven experience
- Friendly and approachable manner when dealing with customers.
- Gears activities towards customer needs - acting with the necessary impact to ensure final service standards are delivered to the end customer.
- Enjoys rising to the challenge of stretching goals
- Committed, reliable and flexible
- Takes pride in their work and delivers tasks even when they are tedious / difficult
- Makes use of diaries and checklists in planning work
- Treats all colleagues with courtesy and respect
