Exciting opportunity within a busy Legal Practice.We are seeking a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. Previous experience is not essential.
**Duties**:
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Transcribing notes and dictations
- Filing and organizing documents
- Performing other clerical duties as assigned
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to transcribe notes and dictations accurately - not essential
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service oriented

Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
**Salary**: £16,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Llanrwst: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
