**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - £35k in first year**

**Salary -**

**YEAR 1: £22k + OTE = £35k**

**YEAR 2 - £30K + OTE = £55K**

**YEAR 3 - £50K + OTE = £100K+**

**Incentives - Graduate Recruitment Consultant**

- Maintaining existing and developing new client relationships
