Private Nanny

Full time Nanny required in the beautiful town of Kendal in Cumbria.

£36,000 per year

This professional family are relocating from California and their current Nanny can’t come with them.

This role is a minimum 12 month contract

This lovely family consists of Mum, Dad, B3 and G1.

B3 will be attending the local nursery so the Nanny’s days will mainly be spent with G1.

The family are keen to find someone who knows the area and can take G1 to lots of baby groups and classes.

The hours are to be confirmed but ideally the family would like the Nanny to work

Monday 8am until 6pm

Tuesday 8am until 7pm

Wednesday 8am until 6pm

Thursday 8am until 6pm

Friday 8am until 10pm

Must be a driver

Job Title: Babysitter/Nanny

**Duties**:

- Provide attentive and responsible care for children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as games, crafts, and outdoor play
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Maintain a clean and organized play area
- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, schedules, and discipline
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns appropriately
- Ensure children's safety at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with children of various ages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Salary**: £36,000.00 per year
