You will be part of our fantastic Customer Success Team in our Operations directorate and play a key role in shaping our future.

**What you'll be doing**

You’ll provide an effective and responsive, welfare benefit and tenancy support service for our customers to maximise income and encourage a ´rent first´ payment culture.

You’ll offer practical advice, information and assistance on a wide range of issues including; benefits and eligibility and matters relating to personal finances / budgeting.

You’ll provide a holistic approach to support customers and sustain tenancies through expert advice often working closely with other external agencies or colleagues.

You’ll act as key liaison for our partners such as the Department of Work and will also be responsible for developing a network of contacts with other local agencies.

**More about you. What can you bring?**

You’ll have a comprehensive understanding of welfare benefits and previous experience of providing a welfare benefits / tenancy support service and ideally will have worked alongside an income management team.

You’ll have proven ability to give budgeting advice and undertake income maximisations assessments, as well as excellent influencing and communication skills. You’ll have the ability to deal with complex or difficult cases and where the customer is at the heart of what you do.

**When and where you'll be doing it**

You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £33,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
