**Job Description**:

- ** Job Title**: CATS Platform Administrator (Food Assurance)
- ** Job Type**:Permanent
- ** Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
- ** Job Location: Frimley**:

- ** Salary**: from £24,000 per annum
- Upload 2nd party food audit program checklists, site locations, client and SGS user access detail on CATS according to the individual program specifications under the guidance of the line manager
- Develop and maintain all relevant project specific user manuals and other video and audio training material to support the implementation of the system
- Answer general queries relevant to CATS, its operational and usage specifications and provide the first level of troubleshooting and helpdesk support to food clients and project teams
- Maintain client organisational databases (locations and user detail) and update system accordingly
- Work closely with the relevant project teams to monitor project plans and schedules, ensuring project deadlines are met using the appropriate CATS reporting tools
- Test and verify the development of new system functionalities
- Join internal and external client meetings to promote CATS and its use, as defined by line manager
- Maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders both within and outside the Food team.
- Support line manager implement the CATS rollout plan in accordance with the Global Food Assurance business strategy

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this position you'll need experience managing databases such as data analysis:

- Degree/diploma in IT, computer science or other related disciplines
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS EXCEL with proven working experience using complex spreadsheets
- HTML
