**£55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience + bonus + benefits**

This is a UK based role, working in a hybrid way and could be based at any of our UK sites for 1-2 days per week typically depending on needs. Due to the nature of the role, some element of planned travel may be required on occasions.

**The Opportunity**
- Supporting the UK HR Director, you'll provide a disciplined, structured and harmonised approach to the co-ordination and management of activities sponsored or led by HR for the People Agenda across the UK. Working across a wide range of topics and stakeholders, you will drive to completion the efficient and effective delivery of those activities.
- Maintain an understanding of all activities within HR's area of influence acting as day to day liaison within MBDA.
- Propose, plan, control and deliver key / complex projects and activities sponsored or led by the HR Director, leading and/or directing multi-disciplined and cross-directorate teams as required.
- Build relationships and manage stakeholder interfaces, both internally within MBDA and externally with suppliers, partners, TU etc at varying levels of seniority in the execution of sponsored activities.
- Monitor that the MBDA Experience is topical and includes attractive proposition to motivate current workforce and attract prospective employees
- Drive People Agenda actions to point of completion, working with, and listening to inputs from all relevant stakeholders
- Provide support to the wider HR community in making available project plans
- Achieve transparency of relevant project plans and KPIs with relevant stakeholders including the wider HR community
- Ensure effective communication links are established between the business and the different parts of the HR function to ensure actions are progressed as required (eg. Team Brief, Strategic Environment inputs, UK HR Communications events and requirements)
- Co-ordinate inputs and support for activities from all relevant stakeholders to ensure actions are progressed in a timely fashion
- Obtain involvement of all relevant Directorates and an overall consistency in spite of conflicting customer demands

- Ability to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of a wide variety of propositions.
- Capability to interface and manage conflicting demands at different levels of the business
- Ability to progress actions to completion despite obstacles
- Ability to manage a high and varied workload sometimes in an ambiguous context
- Self-starter who is comfortable operating autonomously and will focus on completion and delivery
